I built Resolvo because I kept running into the same problems. Job searching meant checking 10 different portals every morning, copy-pasting the same application over and over, and never knowing if the right person even saw your resume. Customer support meant drowning in repetitive emails with no system to track what's resolved and what isn't.
So I built the tools I wished existed. JobEngine started as a personal project — a script that scraped job boards and emailed me the top matches every morning. Then I added AI scoring, HR email lookup, and outreach automation. People started asking to use it. That became JobEngine.
Resolvo CX came from watching support teams at small Indian D2C brands struggle with shared Gmail inboxes, WhatsApp chaos, and no way to track SLAs. We built a proper shared inbox — priced for India, designed for small teams.
